myCloudPBX Softphone - iOS - Resolution

The updated myCloudPBX Softphone iOS app is now live in the Apple App Store.

To update the app:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
2. Search for mycloudpbx
3. Tap Update

Once updated, the iOS softphone issue should be resolved. If you have any further problems after the update, please contact your myCloudPBX provider.

Our engineers have identified the root cause of this issue and worked with our softphone vendor to produce a fix, which has been confirmed to resolve the problem.

The updated app has been submitted to the Apple App Store. Unfortunately, Apple's review process can take up to 48 hours before the update is publicly available. We have requested expedited review and will release the update as soon as Apple approves it.

In the meantime, we recommend using the softphone on Android, Mac, or Windows if available to you.
